- Labor charges and service timelines

- Customer responsibilities, including timely vehicle collection
4. Estimates and Payments
- Service estimates are provided based on the initial inspection and may be subject to change based on further assessments.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept various payment methods, including cash, EFT, and card payments.
5. Warranty and Liability
- Parts and labor warranties are subject to manufacturer and industry-standard terms.
- Duzi Brakes is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, misuse, or failure of components not serviced by us.
- We strive for excellence, but we do not guarantee results beyond reasonable expectations due to wear and tear, external factors, or improper maintenance after servicing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle’s condition.
- Vehicles must be collected within the agreed timeframe to avoid storage fees.
- Any issues must be reported within a reasonable period after service completion.
7. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated promptly.
- Failure to collect a vehicle within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges.
